Coffee

Which coffee should I choose?

Light Roast and Colombia are bright and fruity. House Blend, Smooth Blend and Medium Roast are balanced everyday cups. Overtime Blend, Dark Roast and French Roast are bold and chocolatey. Decaf is smooth and earthy with low acidity. Not sure? Take the 30-second quiz on our home page.

Whole bean or ground?

Whole bean stays fresh longer if you have a grinder. Ground is ready for drip machines and pour-over.

How much coffee is in a box?

Each box holds 12 oz (340 g) of coffee — roughly 20–25 cups depending on how you brew.

How should I store it?

Keep it sealed, in a cool, dark place, away from heat and moisture. For the best flavor, enjoy it within a few weeks of opening.

Is decaf completely caffeine-free?

No. Decaffeinated coffee still contains a small amount of caffeine.

When will my order ship?

Every order is roasted to order and usually ships within 3–4 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on the way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

Pick your coffee, whole bean or ground, and how often you want it: every 2, 4 or 8 weeks. Your first box ships with your order, and the next ones arrive on that schedule at 15% off.

Can I change, skip or cancel?

Yes. There's no minimum commitment. Log in to your account to manage your subscription, or contact us and we'll help.

Discounts

How do bundle discounts work?

Buy 2 boxes and save 10%, or 3 or more and save 15%. The discount applies automatically at checkout on one-time purchases. It doesn't stack with subscription pricing or other codes — you always get the best one.
